Phyllis J. Jarrell, 86, of Fairland died Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, at Waldron Health & Rehabilitation Center in Waldron. She was born May 3, 1925, to Jessie Joe Jarrell and Alma Jane (Wells) Jarrell. Survivors include goddaughter, Anna Corsair of Russiaville. She was preceded in death by her parents. Phyllis had been employed as a restaurant cook. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.
