Philip D. Mohr, 50, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020 at his residence.

He was born August 27, 1969 to Charles Mohr and Lois Mohr.

He is survived by his daughter Alyssa Mohr and grandchildren, Anastacia McDonald and Bailey Mays.

Philip was a member of Grace Wesleyan Church.  He worked in construction.  He enjoyed all kinds of puzzles.  His greatest pleasure was being around people.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to Noon, Monday, January 27, 2020 at Grace Wesleyan Church, 56 East Franklin Street, Shelbyville.

Funeral services will follow at Noon at the church with Pastor Jose Rivera officiating.

Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
