Bobby Lee Bullock

Bobby Lee Bullock, 66, of Shelbyville, IN passed away Saturday, July 31, 2021 at his residence.

  He was born November 12, 1954, to Ray Gilbert Bullock and Beulah (Adkins) Bullock in Somerset, KY.

  He was employed at Arvins in Franklin from 1971 to 2004, before retiring at PreCoat in Greenfield in 2019.

  He had a love for cars and enjoyed working on them, as well as watching Nascar- Racing.  Bobby also had a love for the outdoors; camping, fishing, and working in his garden.

  Bobby is survived by his mother Beulah of Fairland, brothers; Bill (Helen) Bullock of Fairland, Tony (Theresa) Bullock of Franklin, Larry Bullock of Shelbyville, Kenny (Cheryl) Bullock of Shelbyville, and Timothy (Tammy) Bullock of Indianapolis, daughters; Brandi Smith, Amanda (Jerry) Cooley, and Amber (Jerome) Furlow, stepsons; Jason Parton, (children; Damon and Dakota Parton) and Jon (Shelly) Parton, (children: Dayton Parton), grandchildren; Sierra Bullock, Chelsea Gray, Desiree Hendley, Samantha Alstott, and Bobby Hendley.  

  He was preceded in death by his father Ray, brother, James Franklin Bullock, grandparents; Virgil and Lena Adkins, Nannie Taylor and several aunts and uncles.

  Visitation will be Friday, August 6, 2021 from 4pm -6pm at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

  Funeral services will follow at 6pm at the funeral home.

  Burial will be at Adkins Arthur Cemetery in Somerset, KY at 1 pm, Saturday, August 7, 2021.

  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bobby Bullock funeral fund in care of the funeral home.
