Zachary "Zack" Cooksey, Sr., 46, of Fountaintown passed away Monday, September 13, 2021
He was born October 9, 1974 in Greenfield to Philip E. Cooksey and Karen (Tash) Cooksey.
He is survived by his parents, his sons, Zachary Cooksey, Jr and Andrew Cooksey; his sister, Krista Wicker (John); 1 niece, and 2 nephews.
He was preceded in death by extended family members including his grandmother, Bonnie Cooksey.
Zack loved to go fishing and enjoyed doing card tricks. He never met a stranger.
Private services will be observed.
