Wilma Redd, 56, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2020 at her residence.

She was born April 12, 1964 in Shelbyville to Francis W. Redd, Jr. and Sandra (Smith) Redd.

She is survived by her companion of 36 years, Teddy Nicholson; her mother, Sandra Redd of Shelbyville; her sisters, Mary Scroggham of Shelbyville, Ruth Phillips of Rushville, and Kathy Roan of Shelbyville.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Wilma was a cook at Rushville Consolidated Schools and at worked at Shares, INC.  She enjoyed crocheting and traveling.  Her most precious times were spent with her family.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 11, 2020 from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Joe Smith and Reverend Roy Redd officiating.

Burial will be in Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens and Crematory.

Funeral Directors, Greg Parks, Sheila Parks, and Stuart Parks are honored to serve Wilma's family.

Due to health issues of some family members, masks must be worn at all times.
