William Todd Elliott, 38, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, Nov. 11, 2013, in Greenwood. He was born Dec. 19, 1974, to William W. Elliott and Tamela (Greene) Richmond in Shelbyville. Survivors include his father, Willard (wife, Misty) Elliot of Holt, Fla.; stepmother, Tamera Elliot of Shelbyville; mother, Tamela (Greene) Richmond; daughters, Madison and Lillian;  Son Jackson, brother, John West; and sisters, Stacy Reardon and Aimee Lewis. Mr. Elliott graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1993. He enjoyed playing all types of sports and was an avid Indiana
University
basketball fan. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, 2013, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN 46176. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. Andy Lee officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Madison and Lillian Educational Fund in care of the funeral home. Funeral Directors Greg A. Parks and Sheila J.
