Tracy Penrod

Tracy Penrod, 56, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday December 26,2022 at her residence.

She was born March 30, 1966 in Shelbyville to Jessie Allen Smith and Virginia Rose (Brewer) Smith.

She was a homemaker.

Tracy was loved by her family and loved causing ruckus.

She married Mark Penrod and he preceded her in death.

Tracy is also survived by her children Jess Penrod, Ira Penrod, and Brandi Penrod all of Akron, OH, her brothers and sisters Bryan Smith, Joltin, TN, Mark (wife Lori) Smith, of Shelbyville, Eddie (wife Mary), Smith, of N.C., Bobby Phillips, Tonya Smith, of Huntington, IN, Brandy Phillips of Fort Wayne, In., Rosie Fleming, Bristol, TN., several grandchildren, Davyon, Chase, Brayden, Aurora, Derick, Cole, Sadie, Ellie, Lanie, Brodie, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by parents, husband, daughter Dana Penrod, sister, DalAnn Smith.
