Scott Schuck, 58, of Shelbyville, passed away on August 2, 2026.

He was born on October 15, 1967, in Shelbyville, Indiana, to Norman and Wilma (Schofner) Schuck. He graduated from Shelbyville High School with the Class of 1986.

A lifelong lover of the land, Scott found his greatest joy outdoors. Whether he was working in the fields, tending his garden, or spending quiet mornings hunting, he embraced the simple pleasures of nature. He was happiest with dirt on his boots, fresh air in his lungs, and surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors.

While he loved the outdoors, nothing meant more to Scott than his family. He will be lovingly remembered for his kind heart, unwavering strength, and the countless memories he created with those he loved. He is survived by his beloved daughter, Brittney Shroyer, and his brother, Michael Schuck.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, Indiana 46176.

Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at a later date.
