Scott Alan Collier, 22, of Shelbyville died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010, at Major Hospital. Born Aug. 6, 1988, in Richmond, he was the son of Thomas Alan Collier and Angela (McKinney) Hemmelgarn. Survivors include his mother of New Madison, Ohio; father of Richmond; sisters, Amber Collier and Kiersten Collier, both of New Madison; one nephew and three nieces. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service and Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
