Ruth Lynn Williamson

Ruth Lynn Williamson, 90, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Homeview Health & Rehabilitation Center, Franklin.

She was born March 30, 1931 in Pulaski, KY to Elmer Radford and Nannie (Inabnitt) Radford.

Ruth loved to crochet.  She had a giving heart and would always be willing to gift things to others.

She also enjoyed spending time outside working with flowers and gardening.  Her greatest pleasure was being with family and friends.

Ruth is survived by her sister, Carrie Mae (Hansford) Johnson, dear friends, Sheila and Mike McKenney, her nephews, Bobbie Hansford (Sandra), Joseph Hansford (Loretta), Harold Hansford (Jackie), Richard Radford (Ellen), Eugene Radford, Michael Radford, niece, Mildred, sister-in-law, Betty Isiacs, several other family members, and her beloved dog, Chrissy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Eugene Wheeler, her brothers, Nelson Radford, Bee Radford, Milton Radford, Hershel Radford, Junior Radford, and Floyd Radford, her sisters, Kathrine Radford, and Murdell Radford.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to Noon, Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will follow at noon at the funeral home with Pastor Brian Sullivan officiating.

Burial will be in Miller Cemetery.
