Roy "Eddie" Neal, 65 of Shelbyville, Indiana died on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Born Thursday, January 4, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana, he was the son of the late Roy  Neal and the late Dois Webster  Neal. He was the husband of Karen West  Neal.

Surviving are sons, Mike Neal of Greenwood, IN and Ryan Neal of Greenwood, , daughters, Tracy Neal and Candy Neal, brother, Jim Neal of Martinsville, , sisters, Carol Barnes of Martinsville, , Sandy Culley of Martinsville,  and Jean Clark of Martinsville, .

A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Trinity United Methodist Church. Interment will be at 3:00PM in Burn City Cemetery, Burn City, IN.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, March 7, 2016, at Trinity United Methodist Church, , Shelbyville, Indiana.
