Rosalyn Macke

Rosalyn E. Macke, 84, of Shelbyville died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009, at Waldron Health & Rehab Center in Waldron. Born July 14, 1924, in Rushville, she was the daughter of Paul and Myrtle (Johnson) Foster. She married Louis Macke, and he preceded her in death. Survivors include daughters, Cindy (husband, Gary) Bowers of Fairland, Sheri (husband, Jerry) Steward of Texas and Judy Frankovitz of Carmel; and grandchildren, Jacob Wayne Bowers, Michael Stewart and Mitchell Frankovitz. She also was preceded in death by her parents. Mrs. Macke was a homemaker. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Pastor Michael Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
