Robert "Bobby" L. Erwin Sr.

Robert L. "Bobby" Erwin Sr., 54, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Franciscan Health.

He was born August 4, 1969 in Shelbyville, IN. to Billie J. Erwin and Carol A (Elder) Brown.

Bobby enjoyed the times he was able to spend outdoors and listening to country music.  His favorite time was spent with his family and friends.

He married Stephanie Lyn (Hamilton) Erwin and spent 24 wonderful years together and she survives.

Bobby is also survived by his sons, Robert Jr., Derek, and Kevin; his daughter, Jessica; 3 grandchildren; his Granny, Joan Elder, his step-mother, Patricia Erwin; his brothers, Billy (companion, Erin) Erwin, and David Erwin; his sisters, Melissa (companion, Jimmy) Medlock, and Sandra Brown; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Dustin, and his Grandpa Jim Elder.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. at funeral home.
