Rickey L. Clark Sr., 54, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 18, 1959, to James A. Clark and Penny Willa (Byrd) Clark in Toledo, Ohio.
Survivors include fiancée, Terry Brown of Indianapolis; son, Ricky Clark II. of Toledo; daughter, Janelle Clark of Texas; stepson, Ronald Martin Jr. of Bloomington; two grandchildren; three brothers, James Allen Clark, Robin Clark and Richard Bridges, all of Toledo; aunt, Jannie Macklin of Shelbyville; and a host of nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Clark worked for Penske Cold Storage for 10 years.
He loved baseball and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers football fan.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, 2013, at the funeral home with Pastor Tony Lambert officiating.
Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
Memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Rickey L. Clark Memorial Fund at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN 46176.
Funeral Directors Greg A. Parks and Sheila J. Parks are honored to conduct the services for Mr. Clark.
