Myrtle E. Johnson, 84, of Shelbyville, passed away December 24, 2014 at Major Hospital.
Visitation will be 4 - 8 p.m. Friday, December 26, 2014 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 27, 2014, at the funeral home.
Funeral directors Greg, Sheila and Stuart Parks are honored to serve the Johnson family.
