Morris N. Snyder

Morris N. Snyder, 85, of Franklin, IN., passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Otterbein Seniorlife.

He was born June 17, 1938 in Franklin, IN. to Charles Snyder and Agnes (Dinn) Snyder.

Morris served in the United States Navy.

He retired from International Harvester.

Morris enjoyed going mushroom hunting and deer hunting.  He was a true outdoorsman.

He married Marcia "Kay" (Parker) Snyder on March 12, 1958 and she preceded him in death on August 11, 2013.

Morris is also survived by his daughters, Kimberly Margison, Gerri Lee, and Connie Spurling; his brothers, Bill Snyder, Gayle Snyder and Pat Snyder; his sisters, Karen Casey and Eloise Luttrell; his grandchildren, Cory, Jessica, Brandon, Sarah, Jennifer, Kylie and Kayla.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Robert Snyder; his sister, Luritha Thompson.

A graveside service will be Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Seneca Harbin officiating and with military rites conducted by our local Veteran Organizations.

Burial will be in Miller Cemetery.
