Marilyn (Harris) Bushfield

Marilyn Bushfield, 60, of Shelbyville died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011, at Major Hospital. Born Dec. 3, 1950, in Manchester, Ky., she was the daughter of The Willey and Dessie (Smith) Harris. She married Steve Bushfield on July 18, 1984, and he survives. Other survivors include sons, David Roark of Appleton, Wis., and Anthony Roark of Michigan; daughter, Kasey Bushfield of Shelbyville; stepsons, Yancy Bushfield and Jesse Bushfield, both of Shelbyville; six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; sisters, Sally Harris, Enile Faye Stacy and Venile Stacy, all of Kentucky; brothers, Bo Stacy and Darrell Stacy, both of Kentucky; and stepfather, Enoch Stacy of Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents. Marilyn was a homemaker and enjoyed reading, crocheting and playing Bingo. Private family services will be observed, with Robert Prather officiating. Memorial contributions honoring Marilyn may be made to the Marilyn Bushfield Memorial Fund in care of Murphy-Parks Funeral Service and Crematory, 703 S.
