Linda R Pittman

Linda R. Pittman, 52, of Batavia, Ohio, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at Batavia Health Care Center. Born May 3, 1957, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Robert W. and Margaret (Smith) Biery. She married Auston E. Pittman on July 21, 1978, and he preceded her in death on April 29, 2003. Survivors include her brother, Robert W. Biery of Falmouth, Ky.; two nieces; and five nephews. She also was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters. Mrs. Pittman was a homemaker. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. An online guest book may be signed at www.murphy-parks.com.
