Leigh Ann Hobbs

Leigh Ann Hobbs, 53. of Cloverdale, passed away Friday, May 15, 2020 at Greencastle Sunset Skilled Nursing, Greencastle, IN,

She was born August 24, 1966 in Shelbyville to Clyde Hobbs and Ruth (Stevens) Hobbs.

Leigh Ann is survived by her sister, Brenda Brewer of Cloverdale, her brothers, Mike Hobbs of Florida and Scott Hobbs of Waldron, and her uncle Robert (wife, Pansy) Stevens.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Peggy Carrier.

Leigh Ann worked at Shares, Inc. in Shelbyville before moving to Cloverdale.  There she worked for the Putnam County Comprehensive Services retiring from there in 2014.

She attended Cataract Baptist Church in Cataract.  Leigh Ann was an artist.  She also enjoyed camping and fishing. She loved movies and collected thousands over the years.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 20, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.   Current Covid-19 guidelines will be followed.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Patterson Cemetery in Shelby County.
