Leanna R Bullock

Leanna R. Bullock/Caruthers, 61, of Fairland, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at her residence.

She was born March 3, 1960 in Indianapolis to Robert T. Bullock and Olive L. (Barnes) Bullock.

She was a lifelong homemaker.  Leanna is survived by Ronald Caruthers, her life partner of 44 years, her daughter, Shauna Whiteside (Scott); her sons, Ronald Dale Caruthers II, and Michael T. Caruthers; her brother, Robert Bullock, Jr; several grandchildren, and many close friends that she considered family.

Leanna was preceded in death by her parents.

She enjoyed crafting, sewing, and outdoor activities.  Leanna loved being a grandma and spending time with her family.  She was a very nurturing person and loved taking care of others.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m, Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Services, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN., with Pastor Alan Blakeburn officiating.

Inurnment will be in Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens and Crematory.
