Larry "Gene" Alexander

Larry "Gene" Alexander, 44, of Shelbyville died Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at Major Hospital. Born June 30, 1963, in Shelbyville, he was the son of Harold J. and Netta Jo (Hardin) Alexander. Survivors include his sisters, Cynthia Bowman of Shelbyville and Kathy (husband, Daniel) Drozewiecki of Indianapolis; half sister, Jeannie Hubler of Indianapolis and Donna (husband, Ronnie) Brown of Shelbyville; five nieces; five nephews; three great-nieces; and two great-nephews. Mr. Alexander was a security officer. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St. Private family services will be observed.
