He was born June 29, 1957 in Alabama to Delbert Fowler and Melva Jean Fowler.
A Celebration of Life will be Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 10 a.m. at the Salvation Army, 136 E. Washington St., Shelbyville, IN. 46176.
