Kyle Edward Mohr

Kyle Edward Mohr, 40, of Shelbyville died Saturday, March 14, 2009, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born Feb. 12, 1969, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Paul Edward Mohr and Saundra (Oltman) Mohr. He married Marlene S. Collins on June 4, 2005, and she survives. Other survivors include his father and stepmother, Rita Mohr, of Shelbyville; son, Seth Edward Mohr of Shelbyville; stepdaughters, Candice Gilles and Chrissi Hauk, both of Shelbyville; stepson, Colt Mullins of Shelbyville; brother, Jason Anthony Mohr of Shelbyville; sister, Tammy (husband, Greg) Rooks of Flat Rock; grandmother, Maybelle Mohr of Shelbyville; four grandchildren; four nieces; and five nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother; sister, Tisha Marsischke; and grandfather, Delbert Mohr. Mr. Mohr was employed at 4-D Buildings. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge No. 766. Mr. Mohr enjoyed fishing and the sport of horseshoes. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Pastor Joseph Smith officiating. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery in Shelby County.
