Kimberly Sebastian, 63, of Shelbyville, passed away September 28, 2023 at Major Hospital.
She was born May 25, 1960.
Kimberly is survived by her guardian Patty Martin, and her extended family at Especially Kidz.
Visitation will be Monday, October 2, 2023 from 11 a.m. to noon at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.
Funeral services will follow at noon at the funeral home with Rev. Pastor Jose Rivera officiating.
Burial will be in Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens.
