Joyce Neeley

Joyce N. Neeley, 72, of Laurel, IN passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Decatur County Memorial Hospital.

She was born January 13, 1948 in Shelbyville to Marvin Roy Hamilton and Sophie Jane (Goble) Hamilton.

Joyce is survived by her son, Craig (Nancy) Neeley of Laurel; sister, Judy W. (Randie) Stelle of Shelby County; grandson, Jacob Walters, granddaughter, Aubrey N. Neeley, granddaughter, Brittany Nausbausmer, grandson, Denver Caudill, 2 great-granddaughters, and one on the way, brother-in-law, Charles Lee, and nephews, Dale Lee and Christopher Dean Lee.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Louise Lee.

Joyce was an R.N. for 25 years at Ashford Place and Heritage House.

She was a very caring and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.  She was an avid shopper.  She cherished the time spent with family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorial donations may be sent to Murphy-Parks Funeral Services for the family to distribute to various organizations.
