JoAnn "JoJo" Darby, 38, of Shelbyville, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Especially Kidz Health and Rehab Center. She was born Sept. 21, 1974, in Shelby County to Harold Joseph and Ruth (Carmichael) Darby, and the preceded her in death. She attended the Blue River Special Education Cooperative for school. She attended Shares Inc.'s life skills program. JoJo leaves behind very special friends and caregivers at Especially Kidz since she arrived July 29, 1976. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service and Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St. Services will follow at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Especially Kidz activity center in memory of JoJo. Funeral directors Greg A. Parks, Sheila J. Parks and Stuart H.
