Jerry A. Pogue, 62, of Rushville, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2020 at Rush Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 27, 1957 in Alabama to Curtis Pogue and Georgiann (Cox) Pogue.

Jerry is survived by his daughter, Rachel Jullienna, sons, Jerry Allan Pogue and James R. Pogue; 5 grandchildren; brothers Michael A. Pogue and James R. Pogue; and sister, Anne Louise Lisby, all of Shelbyville.

Jerry was a construction worker.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping.  Spending time with his family was his greatest joy.

Visitation will be Friday, April 10, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Services, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.  Due to the current health restrictions, only 10 people at a time will be allowed.

A private family service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Jim Pogue officiating.

Inurnment will be in Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens and Crematory.
