J anet 'Jenny' J. Scroggham, 61, of Shelbyville, passed away Friday, June 12, 2020 at MHP Medical Center.

She was born February 5, 1959 in Shelbyville to Elmer Smith and Maxine (Polston) Smith.

She married Charles W. 'Charlie' Scroggham on October 18, 1985 and he preceded her in death on October 6, 2018.

Jenny is survived by her daughters, Angie Knight and Amy Thompson. both of Shelbyville, her granddaughter, Josie Wells and her nephew, William Aulby, her niece, Lisa Elliott, and her favorite dogs, Tubby and Notorious.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 1 sister, and 2 brothers.

Jenny was a lifelong homemaker.  She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary #766.  Jenny enjoyed crocheting.  Her most precious times were spent with her family and her friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Reverend Harvey Weaver officiating.

Burial will be in Miller Cemetery.
