Jeffrey Scroggham, 44, of Shelbyville, died Friday, April 6, 2012, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Born March 15, 1968, in Shelbyville, he was the son of Charles and Linda (Corley) Scroggham. Survivors include his mother of Shelbyville; son, Jake Scroggham of Shelbyville; daughter, Hillary Scroggham of Shelbyville; brothers, Sam Scroggham and Charles Scroggham, both of Shelbyville; and sisters, Rita Scroggham, Margaret Scroggham and Donna Scroggham, all of Shelbyville. He was preceded in death by his father and brothers, Donnie Scroggham and Mike Scroggham. Mr. Scroggham had been a construction worker. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with Pastor Joseph Smith officiating. Burial will be in Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens.
