Jeffery L Cook

Jeffery L. Cook, 54, of Camby, passed away Monday, May 11, 2020 at his residence.

He was born July 15, 1965, in Indianapolis, to Franklin D. Cook, Sr. and Thelma (Stephens) Cook.

He is survived by his daughters, Christine Fagel, Morgan Cook, and Chelsi Cook; 2 grandchildren; sister, Deborah (Terry) Wilson; brother, James (Tina) Cook; brother, Franklin (Kathy) Cook, Jr.; and sister, Teresa (J.) Mohr.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Timothy Cook.

Jeffery was an exceptional independent salesman for several different companies.

He had a passion for playing golf.  He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Indianapolis Colts and I.U. sports.

A public graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 2nd Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Franklin with Pastor Edwin Mohr officiating.
