James "Jim" Hicks, 82 of Shelbyville, IN passed away on Monday, March 27, 2017, at Heritage House Shelbyville IN.
He was born January 12, 1935 in Franklin, KY.
James "Jim" is survived by 9 children, and family friends, Dennis and Sherry Kamleiter.
Mr. Hicks was a welder at IPL.
He was a member of the American Legion.
His hobbies included ham radio, watching Nascar and horse racing, and listening to country music.
