Born October 15, 2015, he was the son of Adrian Hernandez Chavarin and Maria A. Cruz Oliva.
He is survived by his parents, his siblings and several family members.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN.
