Ignacio Gallego Rodriquez

Ignacio Gallego Rodriguez, 40, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. He was born Oct. 15, 1972, to Angonio Rodriguez and Maria Gallego Rodriguez in Manistee, Mich. On Sept. 21, 1996, he married Tracy (Swinehart) Rodriguez, and she survives. Other survivors include his mother; son, Ignacio O. Rodriguez of Indianapolis; brothers, Mario (wife, Shannon) Rodriguez, sisters, Azalea Rodriguez of Florida, Caroline (companion, Steven McCray) Rodriguez and Maria Rodriguez Sampson; and nieces and nephews, Alec Gallegos, Indy Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez, Isaac Shafer, Rocky Shafer, Devon Nichols, Brooklyn Foust and Bryce Nichols. He was preceded in death by his father. Ignacio worked as a customer service representative. He enjoyed fishing, playing computer games and spending time with his family. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 5, 2013, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Robert Prather officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 10401 N.
