Gerald E. Skaggs, 70, of Shelbyville died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at his residence. Private visitation will be in Shelbyville and public graveside service at Clarkson Cemetery in Clarkson, Ky., at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society in care of Murphy-Parks Funeral Service. Online condolences maybe made at www.murphyparks.com .
