George J. "Jack" Frost

George J. Frost (Jack) was born on January 9, 1938 and passed away June 19, 2017 at Major Hospital in Shelbyville, IN surrounded by family. He was the son of George Frost and Bonnie (Skeen) Frost. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Gloria Lowe Frost, sons Jeff (Trudy) - Columbus, IN; David (Cheryl Ciolli) – Lincoln, Rhode Island; Matt (Leigh) – Oak Ridge, TN; Mark (Michele) – Shelbyville, IN; grandchildren Ashley Knight-Landry, Sarah Lucas, Emily Frost, Lillian Rowe, Andrew Frost, and seven great-grandchildren.

He retired as a sales engineer from Carboloy, served in the National Guard, served as president of the school board, and was a Boy Scout Leader. He was an avid HAM radio operator for 57 years and was a member of the Shelby County amateur radio club. He also enjoyed tennis and golf and was involved in a coaching capacity of all his children's sports activities.
