Gary Lee Knose, 72, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019 in Franklin, IN.

He was born May 24, 1946 to Ira Knose and Mary (Lee) Knose.

Gary is survived by his son, Troy L, Knose; daughters, Tracy J. Rash, Kim Matney, and Mary K. Mctarsney, all of Shelbyville.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tammy R. Crane, significant other, Penny J.  Knose, and brother, Hal Knose.

He lived in Shelbyville most of his life.  Gary was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp.  He was a laborer at Knauf for 25 years.  He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, camping, and animals.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
