Frances Crane

Frances M. "Pat" Crane, 86, of Shelbyville died Monday, Oct. 4, 2010, at Ashford Place Health Campus. Born April 11, 1924, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Roy Chester and Lula (Chamlin) Surber. Survivors include her daughter, Connie Crane of Shelbyville; and sisters, Louise Reynolds of Arizona and Mary Jo Washmuth of Shelbyville. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Junior Surber; and sister, Virginia Reed. Ms. Crane was a homemaker. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Forest Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Dennis Huntington officiating. Services have been entrusted to Murphy-Parks Funeral Service and Crematory, 703 S.
