Florence Russo, 82, of Greenwood, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021 at South Point Nursing Home.

She was born August 21, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY to Walter Conlon and Catherine (Cunningham) Conlon.

Florence was a lifelong homemaker.  Her greatest joy was taking care of and spending time with her family and friends.

She married Anthony Michael Russo on August 1, 1968, and he preceded her in death on September 8, 2009.

Florence is survived by her daughter, Sharon Kirnbauer (husband, Eric) of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Nicholas Kirnbauer and Thomas Kirnbauer, both of New York.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter, Marylou Rosa; her granddaughter, Nicole Kirnbauer, and her brother, John O'Sullivan.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens & Crematory.
