Everett E. Burchett, 59, of Shelbyville, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022 at I.U. Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He was born July 12, 1962 in Shelbyville, Indiana to Evan Theo and Dorothy Marie (Brown) Burchett.

Everett enjoyed listening to music. He also loved fishing. He was an avid follower of WWE wrestling. He loved watching shows like Andy Griffith and The Walton's. Everett also had a great sense of humor.

Everett is survived by his mother Dorothy Burchett, of Shelbyville, brothers Ray Burchett, Orville (Billi) Burchett, Daniel (Jessica) Burchett, sisters, Gayle (Jeff) Shearer, Debbie Burchett, Crystal Burchett, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Evan Theo Burchett.

Visitation will be held from 4pm to 8pm, Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will be at 10am, Thursday, May 12, 2022 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service with Rev. Nick Coulston officiating.
