Evelyn Bedwell, 89, of Waldron, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020 at Waldron Health and Rehab.

She was born on July 21, 1931 in Jefferson County to Frank Brown and Thelma (Loyd) Brown.

Evelyn was formerly employed at Standard Register. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and camping.  Her grandchildren were the joy of her life.

She married Robert Bedwell on August 20, 1949 and he preceded her in death on June 17, 1991. She is survived by her daughters, Debra (Keith) Gooding; Kathy (Don) Smith, and Sherry Haehl, all of Shelbyville, 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 sisters, and 2 brothers.

Visitation will be Monday, November 30, 2020 from 10a.m. to Noon at First Church of the Nazarene, 2315 S. Riley Highway, Shelbyville, IN.

Funeral services will follow at Noon at the church with Dr. Stephen Bohall, officiating.

Burial will be in DuPont Cemetery, DuPont, IN.
