Ellen L. Harmon, 53,of Columbus,  formerly of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012 at Hospice of South Central Indiana.

She was the daughter of the late Don Neukam and Clara (Richardson) Neukam.

She married Harry Harmon on December 29, 1989 and he survives.  Other survivors include her mother; son, Josh Harmon of Columbus, IN; daughter, Barbara Harmon of Columbus, IN; brother, Earl Neukam of Indianapolis, IN and 2 grandchildren.

Mrs. Harmon loved crafts and babysitting.

Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 26 from Noon. to 2 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St.  Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens & Crematory.
