She is survived by Son, Mark (Debbie) Owens of Westport; Daughter Marcella (Gary) Fralich of Waldron; Sister Geneva Downey of Holton, IN; 4 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; 1 Step Great Grandchild.  She was preceded in death by 2 Sisters, 1 Brother, her father, Walter Weddle and her mother, Ethel Weddle.

She married Marshall Owens on June 16, 1946.  He passed away on October 24, 1991.

Mrs. Owens was a member of the Waldron United Methodist Church.

She worked for Waldron Die Company, Inc., in Waldron and Bettner Wire Coating Dies, Inc., of Columbus, IN completing 44 years of service in management between the companies.  She was devoted to her work which she helped promote.  Her work ethics were admired by her employers and her co-workers.  Still, to this day, they call her friend.

She was also survived by several nieces and nephews whom se loves and admires greatly.  She believed in true family values.
