Survivors include sister, May Ann McVey and husband, Don, of Shelbyville; nieces: Debbie Zerr and husband, Robert, of Granger; and Linda Gaudin and husband, Jim, of Shelbyville; great-nieces: Katie Smith and husband, David, of Bloomington; and Amber Connor and husband, James, of Bloomington; great-nephew, Shane Towne and wife, Brittney, of Carmel; great-great-niece, Sophie Connor; great-great-nephew, Desmond Towne; and expected great-great-nephew, Graham Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather; half brother, Norman Anderson; and many beloved pets.

Mrs. Myers had been a member of First Baptist Church for 63 years.

She was a secretary in the printing industry for 47 years, first with Tippecanoe Press, Inc. of Shelbyville, and then retiring from Shelby Printing.

Mrs. Myers was known for her sense of humor and uncontrollable laughter.

Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville.

Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Harvey Weaver officiating.

Burial will be at Miller Cemetery in Shelby County.
