Donnie D. Phares

Donald D. "Donnie" Phares, 56, of Shelbyville, passed away March 12, 2023 at his residence.

He was born March 14, 1966 in Shelbyville, IN. to Phillip Phares and Janet (Meadows) Russell.

Donnie attended from Shelbyville High School.

He loved the outdoors. Some of his favorite times were spent hunting, fishing, and camping.  He was a self employed painter for many years and took alot of pride in his work.

He married Angie (Hampton) Phares and she survives.

Donnie is also survived by his mother, daughter Danielle Phares (Jared Hoop); son, Dustin Phares (wife, Stephanie); grandchildren, Caydon, Oliver, Cashton, Corbyn, Ariana; brothers, Pat Phares (wife, Debbie), Kenny Phares (wife, Tammy), Ronald Phares (wife Lori),  Arthur Phares (wife, Tonya);  sisters, Mary "Chrissy" Scott (husband, Jeff), Colette Mann; step mother Sandra Phares, and his beloved dog Missy.

He was preceded in death by father, and grandparents.

Visitation will be Wednesday March 15, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral Directors, Greg Parks, Sheila Parks, Stuart Parks, and Darin Schutt are honored to serve Donnie's family.
