Dianne Renee (Barlow) McNew, 66, of Shelbyville, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday December 3rd.

She was born on July 5, 1957, in Shelbyville, to Ken and Sharlene (Ryle) Barlow.   Dianne graduated from Huron High School in New Boston, Michigan.

She married Rob McNew in 1978.  They divorced in 1997.

Dianne loved to write poems and work in her garden.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.  There is also a special place in her heart for her dog, Barlow.

Dianne is survived by her daughter, Reghan Richmond and her son-in-law to be, Jeremiah Holt, her grandchildren, Caydon Richmond and Celsey Richmond, her mother, Sharlene Barlow, her sisters Debbie (Mike) Cameron, Donna (Glenn) Knox, and Darlene Janis and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ken Barlow.

She was a member of Bengal Christian Church.

A graveside service will be on Saturday, December 9th at 10:30 a.m. at Second Mount Pleasant Cemetery, 1540 North 800 East, Franklin.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in her memory to Bengal Christian Church 3518 S. Shelby 750 W, Franklin, Indiana  46131.
