Deloris M. Fox

Deloris M. Fox, 80, of Shelbyville died Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Major Hospital. Born Aug. 19, 1928, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Ralph and Mary J. (Sandefur) Badgley. She married Cecil Fox in February of 1946, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 7, 1990. Survivors include her sons, Larry W. (wife, Linda) Fox, Jimmie (wife, Patsy) Fox and Russell (wife, Sandi) Fox, all of Shelbyville; sister, Norma (husband, Donald) McKnight of Indianapolis; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Fox was a homemaker. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with Robert Prather officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
