David M Gardner

David M. Gardner, formerly of Shelbyville, died August 9th at his home in Bluffton, IN. Mr. Gardner was a truck driver for A&D Transport in Indianapolis. He loved to travel the open road, enjoyed fishing and the Native American heritage. He is survived by his father, Donald Gardner of Bluffton; mother, Joan Sharp of Bluffton, step-father, Nile 'Sharpy' Sharp of Bluffton, daughter, Teona Bedwell, Fairland; son, Ian Garnder, Shelbyville; grandchildren, Samara Bedwell, Paige Garnder, Colton Gardner, Ashlyn Bedwell, Rylan Bedwell; brother, Donnie Gardner, Bluffton; sister, Yvonne Watson, Rushville. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dale Gardner. A gathering of friends will be held Saturday, August 16th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN. A celebration of life will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Robert Prather officiating.
