Dakota Joe "Cody" Preuhs, 18, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014.
He was born June 17, 1995, to James Leer and Deborah (Helms) Leer in Shelbyville.
Survivors include his parents of Shelbyville; sister, Kayla Leer; brother, Levi Lemons and wife, Jasmine; grandmother, Anita Holbert and husband, Jerry, of Arizona; grandmother, Ann Helms of Shelbyville; and grandmother, Pauline Leer of Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Walter Leer; and grandfather, Thomas James Helms.
Cody loved fishing and all sports.
No public services will be held.
