Connie Sue Garlitch Crosby, 60, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014, at Major Hospital.

She was born April 13, 1954, to Jack Crosby and Beverly G. (Frederick) Crosby in Shelbyville.

Survivors include daughter, Melissa Garlitch of Indianapolis; sons, Joshua Garlitch and Adam Garlitch, both of Shelbyville; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; mother, Beverly Crosby; and brother, Scott Crosby of Rushville.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Crosby.

Connie worked as a pharmacy technician.

She enjoyed the time she spent fishing. Connie was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos and always cherished the view of the Colorado mountains.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Harvey Weaver officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Connie Crosby Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
