Obituary

Cindy Ann Sinclair, 63, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at her residence.

She was born June 27, 1963, in Shelbyville, IN to Otis Robinson and Sally (Waymack) Robinson-Campbell.

Cindy graduated from Shelbyville High School. She was a homemaker with a big heart for helping others. She always opened up her home to friends and classmates of her children and was a second mom to many. One of her favorite pastimes was being a herbalism enthusiast. Cindy also enjoyed traveling, relaxing in hot tubs and collecting gnomes. She loved her pets and cherished the times spent with her close friends and family.

She married John Sinclair on March 16, 1991, and he survives. They shared 35 loving years of marriage together.

She is also survived by her loving children, James and Tori Robinson-Sexton, Brittany and Brianna Sinclair; special chosen family, Gregory Kelley, Destinee Clabough, Ben and Libby Wyatt; grandchildren, Athena Rogers, Eli and Simon Wyatt; as well as special friends, Norma Brown, Trisha Fritz and Rhonda Robinson.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sally Campbell; her father, Otis Robinson; sisters, Paula Castaneda and Marla Pacheco and brother, Roddy Robinson.

Visitation will be Friday, July 24, 2026, from 11 am to 1 pm at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

Funeral services will be at 1 pm at the funeral home with Kenneth Sexton officiating.

Burial will be in Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens.
